General order delivery time is within five working days after payment.

Typical delivery time:
Bizaar only provides local door-to-door delivery service. We will choose the delivery service of SF Express or GO Logistics & Storage, and customers can choose to fill in the industrial or commercial, or residential address. When placing an order, the customer must fill in the correct recipient information in the "Address" column of the customer's detailed information page so that we can arrange delivery and deliver the goods to the place designated by the customer on time. Customers will settle the shipping fee at checkout.

After placing an order, if there is any change to the delivery address, please notify us within 24 hours for arrangement. We will charge an additional HKD$15 for changing the shipping address

Our company's door-to-door delivery service does not include moving the goods to the house. We will not be responsible and will not compensate for any loss or damage during the moving period.
Special Arrangements for Inclement Weather

When the typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above, the black rainstorm warning signal is in effect, or when we judge that it is unsafe for delivery, we will postpone the delivery service. The company will contact you to change the delivery date.
General matters

If the product has arrived at the receiving address and no one signs for it, we can arrange delivery again after the courier company returns the product. However, the customer must pay the freight again.

If we still need to contact the customer after the next seven working days, we will cancel the order and arrange no refund
