Exchange service

All products purchased in Bizaar are only exchangeable but not refundable.
The exchange service is only applicable to the following cases:

  • Damaged/incompletely packaged items

  • Quality problem

  • Misdelivered product

If the customer meets the above conditions and needs to exchange the product, please contact via WhatsApp (852) 9800-3669 within three working days from the date of receipt, and provide photos of the product to record the problem. 
When Bizaar confirms the product is eligible for exchange, we will contact the customer within seven working days. Please keep all product packaging, including the original packaging, receipts, and related products. We will resend the product after receiving your returned product.

Exchange Service Terms and Conditions

  • Contact us to request for exchange within three working days from the date of receipt, and complete the exchange procedure within the specified time.

  • Bizaar reserves the right to make the final decision to exchange the product based on the product pictures provided by the customer.

  • If the product is out of stock, Bizaar will refund the total amount.

  • If Bizaar fails to take back the product within seven days, we reserve the right to cancel the exchange procedure.

  • Customers can only exchange the product once for each order.

  • Bizaar reserves the right to reject to exchange the items that have been used or damaged due to personal reasons. Please send back your product with the original receipt and original packaging.

 

Bizaar reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions without prior notice.
Bizaar reserves the right to the final decision.
